Outback Open Air Cinema Inc trading as Coober Pedy Drive in need to raise $120,000 by the end of 2013 to upgrade the old, phased-out 35 millimetre film projector and escape closure.
Due to the 35 millimetre film becoming obsolete there is a need to swap over to digital. If we cannot raise the funds, the 50 year old facility will face closure.
The Coober Pedy Drive-in is one of two remaining in South Australia. It is safe, alcohol free and family oriented. Please help us save it by making a donation towards the cause.
